I have started a devotional where I am praying for my husband everyday. Please pray for my husband and also for me, that God answers in a way that will bring the most Glory to Himself.

GUFC raised $1082.46 through the baby bottle campaign. Thank you all for your generosity.

Knee procedure was a success and a full recovery is expected. He is going back to work July 3rd.

Ryan and Becca love their new fellowship that they are now a part of.

Kitty is expected to fully recover from her Lyme’s disease

Praise for Cathy coming home with PT and OP at Sheltering Arms. Update: Cathy has had 3 falls and is currently in Autumn Care. Please pray that they will continue to keep her PT and OT ongoing and that the Lord will give her strength to do what she needs to do to get her home again. As always, pray the Lord’s will to be done and that He gives her the boldness to talk with her nurses and staff about Jesus.

Please pray for Philip and his family as they just bought a new home; daughter Esther’s outreach ministry; other daughter in Lynchburg is working with a 12 y.o. girl; Pray for healing for Isabella and her mother, Palmyra – James/Joan

Pray for the Lord to bring new families who have children to Grace United.

Please keep the USA in prayer. Pray for all of our nations atrocities, that the Lord will be merciful to us, and that the sins of the nation will be forgiven if the Lord wills it to be. Pray for the Youngkin administration, that they will remain steadfast and stick to their plans for Virginia. Pray for President Trump, that the Lord will continue to use him for His will and purposes.

Please pray for the missionaries and war in Ukraine – Glenn

Please pray for all of God’s people who are affected by the ongoing wars in and around Israel. Pray for the Lord’s will to be done in Israel. Pray for God’s people and all the Israelites who are affected by the loss of loved ones. Pray that the Lord will continue to work on the hearts and minds of the Israelite people to come to the full knowledge of their King, The Lord Jesus Christ, that they will realize that He is their true King.

Please keep the families of those who lost loved ones during the flooding in Texas. Continue to pray for all of those who are still dealing with flooding and recovery in their areas. Please pray that many will be able to rebuild after the devastation. – Donna

This fall (2025), I’ll complete my final teaching internship—part of a master’s degree in teaching English to non-native speakers (MA TESOL)—at a church in Charlotte, NC. I’m looking for housing for those 3 months. I’m finding this task difficult. Please pray that God will give me wisdom, understanding and direction in finding the right short-term rental. Please pray for wisdom and that God would provide an affordable, peaceful one-bedroom apartment in a safe neighborhood, so I can focus on studies and complete the practicum. Pray that the surroundings will be natural, beautiful and healing, and the place will be a blessing for me as I complete this practicum. Thank you.

Amanda is having minor contractions and her body is getting ready for birth. Please pray that little one will stay put until he is actually due. Please pray for the pain that she is in and for Matt as he gets ready to transition into fatherhood. Pray that both will persevere during this time together as their family grows.

Sandra is dealing with a stomach ulcer and is doing better. Please continue to pray for her eyes and the cataracts. She is having a tough time driving at night and has to have someone drive her. Pray for her husband Shaun as he has been a huge help to his wife. /Sandra

Sandra’s dad is home and is doing well. He has nurses and PT every week until they see improvement. /Sandra

Shunt surgery was done 6/16/25. Discharged to go home from Sheltering Arms (Short Pump) with OP PT at Sheltering Arms Mechanicsville. /Ginny and Cathy

He received his new kidney 3/2/25 and is doing great. Has an appointment to see his progress. /Cathy M.

Danny: Being released from rehab July 3rd. Wife Sandra had heart procedure and all is well. Update: Sandra’s heart has gone back into AFIB and needs further medical attention: /James and Joan

Please pray for Sandra’s aunt Thelma and her cousin Melissa. Thelma fell and broke her hip. She has had surgery for a hip replacement and is doing better. There will be a lot of Physical Therapy in home over the next month, possibly two. Please pray for Melissa as she adjusts with her mom to the new routine and for the demetia that Thelma suffers from that makes things more difficult for Melissa in handling her mom.

Please pray for Gary, Valeries Dad. He is suffering with congestive heart failure and kidney issues. Please also pray for his salvation.

Please pray for Roy. He is a 13yr old with a brain tumor

Please pray for Mason and Rebecca and their family as they get ready to transition with Maps Global to their mission location. Pray that they will be able to do all that the Lord wills for them to do. Pray also for Rebecca and their new little one.

I’m in the final stretch of my MA TESOL semester and feeling burned out. I hope I’m not sick. Please pray for a second wind—renewed energy, motivation, clarity, and perspective to finish well. Pray for major breakthroughs—that I’ll get over the hump and finish major assignments soon. Pray for God’s blessing, favor, and grace. Pray that I’ll finish this season with excellence, joy, and for the glory of the Lord. Thank you so much!

I’m completing Biola’s MA TESOL program with only the Fall 2025 practicum remaining. Since the program is closing and key faculty have moved on, I have limited guidance and support in arranging it. Nevertheless, please pray that the Lord will open the door for a career-launching placement—one that places me under a transformative mentor-teacher, fosters deep and reflective growth, and equips me to craft and define my teaching style. Pray that it becomes a formative apprenticeship, shaping me into an English (ESL/EFL) teacher who teaches with excellence and impact, deeply aligned with God’s calling. Pray that God would grant me decades of wisdom through this practicum. Pray that I’ll be faithfully upheld in prayer, from this practicum into my international teaching and lifelong calling. My name is Makenna. I’ve been having a hard time, please pray for my full deliverance from the enemy. I’m struggling and I’m still young at 25, and would like to grow old free from spiritual attacks. I’ve been disabled most of my life but was a healthcare worker for a little while, I’m not functioning right now. I’d like to do make Christian music one day, do God’s will to the best of my ability, and help the poor. Please ask God to have mercy on me quickly, I opened some doors I shouldn’t have spiritually and now feel attacked spiritually. This prayer doesn’t need to be private, I’d like as many people praying as possible.
